Digital products only
All products sold by 100 Years Designs are digital machine embroidery files. No physical products are shipped.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final once the files have been made available for download, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or selecting an incorrect size or file format when the product matches its description.
Before purchasing, please review the listing carefully and confirm that the included file formats and design sizes are compatible with your embroidery machine, hoop, and software. These files require compatible embroidery equipment or software; they are not physical patches or finished embroidered items.
Download or file problems
If you cannot access your download, receive the wrong files, or believe a file is damaged or does not match its description, please contact us at onehundredyearsdesigns@gmail.com. We will investigate and help restore access or provide corrected files as appropriate.
If a problem cannot be resolved, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law, which may include a refund.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with both order numbers so we can review the duplicate purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content.
