Digital products
100 Years Designs sells digital machine embroidery files. No physical products are shipped. Product listings describe the included file formats, design sizes, and other product details.
Compatibility
Before ordering, confirm that the listed file formats and design sizes work with your embroidery machine, hoop, and software. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.
Orders and delivery
Prices and order totals are shown at checkout. Download access is provided after successful payment. If your download is unavailable, please contact us with your order number.
Use of designs
Follow the usage permissions stated in the product listing. Purchasing a download does not transfer ownership of the design or authorize copying, reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital files. Any permission to sell finished embroidered items is governed by the product listing.
Refunds and returns
Because these are digital products, sales are final once files are made available for download, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy for details, including help with faulty, incorrect, or undelivered files.
Your consumer rights
These terms do not exclude or limit rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Publishing these terms does not by itself waive any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
